well i noticed frys,newegg,bestbuy, amazon now the 16 gig is 449 NEW so i will probably go new route

Well that is a nice device. I also have this device. And I use for my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 - White Shark Silicone Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard with leatherette Case. It has so many unique features.

You should get it. That's a pretty good price since the note 10.1 is a really good device.
