Here's my latest setup. I switched to CM7 GB and Widgetlocker...wanted a really clean minimalistic look. I might tweak my lockscreen even more.

How about where to find the blue icons used in your dock?

Lockscreen: Executive Assistant with Fancy Widget added to the top
Launcher: ADW Launcher - screen expanded to 6 rows and no Dockbar
Center screen: Four multicon widgets, with Executive Assistant at the bottom
Right screen: Business Calendar, GTasks, AlarmDroid, Note Everything

Not really. Some things do require root but a lot of what you see does not.

To do most customization without rooting, you'll need to use a different launcher like GO Launcher.
