I found the Jets wallpaper online, then used a photoshop program to place the shortcut icons where I wanted to.

Haven't been in here in a long time. Just rooted to GB .596 and messed around with a new theme. Working with 3 screens (from left to right):

Trying to keep it minimal. (Need to find some minimal icons for LP+!)

There is an app called Simple Text that will let you make your own text icons, I use it all the time, you can change the font, color, size and rotate the icons.

its the weather & toggle widget with the extras addon from the market. With the extras addon you can have the htc like cloud animation etc.
