Root What does flash mean????

I'm on the last step for updating CWM3 and step 9 says "9. Flash the Default Stock Dual FS kernel For EB13: "

I have no idea what this means...

My phone is in the three button method screen with an orange screen and has options that say reboot system, apply update from sd card, wide data, etc...What do i do from here?
