Root What firewall app do you use?

I'm trying to figure out what firewall app to use. I would like to be able to easily choose which apps have access to WiFi and LTE. I would like to use a developer's app that is trusted by Android forum users / developers. It must be KitKat compatible as I'm using a modified stock OS as I need the wifi calling app . On your replies I would greatly appreciate it if you would please include the operating system you are currently using as well as any other pertinent information regarding set up.

Requires root, directly configures the Linux ipchains common to all Android.

It's evolved over the years and I've been using it in various forms for over 4 years, including with KitKat.

I use it in whitelist mode and add apps as I trust them.

You can also use it in blacklist mode and remove trust as you go.
