I had a couple missed calls and some notifications and all of a sudden everything got really weird looking. Not sure what happened. I deleted the Go Launcher/Locker to see if that would help but it's still not right. Help?

Yes, I turned the phone completely off and back on. Still the same.
Would it make a difference if I took the battery out and put it back in?

Guess I should of took my own advice before posting. Just turned the phone off and removed the battery for a minute or two. Turned it back on and surprise. Back to normal. :)
THIS PHONE IS DRIVING ME CRAZY. HAHA.
Thanks though!

If you didn't pull the battery before, then you likely didn't "really" do a reset. The reason pulling the battery on most HTC products is different than a reset or power off-on cycle is a feature they have called "Fastboot" (not to be confused with the Fastboot in the bootloader) in Settings-Power, when it is on it doesn't actually power the phone off when you reset or power off it puts it in more of a deep sleep then wakes it up.

Not that it really helps the original problem, just letting you know why a battery pull is different than just resetting... when you are having problems ALWAYS pull the battery, or alternatively turn off Fastboot and leave it off, your boot/restart times will be longer but you will know it reset.

Yes, the "fastboot" feature is a poor option IMHO. It may seem like a good idea to get the phone working more quickly but it is useless not only for clearing error conditions but for refreshing memory/restoring performance. I find it inconvenient to remove the case and pull the battery - much easier to disable fastboot so the phone will do a true reboot.
