Root What???? Help - Can't root with UnrEVOked 3

As the titel says... I cant root my HTC Desire with unrevoked... I'm on the stock ROM.. I just want to be rooted...
Please help me...

You have to run it as an administrator. Right click > run as administrator. Then it should open.

Plaese use the unrevoked guide in the "all about rooting" sticky thread. I put it together and its straight forward and will help you a lot.

That's a driver issue. If you have the drivers for HTC sync and hboot, uninstall them then install them as per the guide

How can i uninstall hboot drivers?

Device manager. Find the driver and open it. There are options there

im stuck as well plug into unrevoked gets to (rooting) then i get 'error failed to root is your firmware too new" looked through the help/faq in the guide and undid the apps2sd which i did a few months back, tried to root again got same error any help please

As said many times, use our guides. Firmware too new usually means the latest unrevoked is not compatible with your phone. You should use 3.21 instead

When I try to install the hboot driver I cant find android 1.0 or what it is call....
