What Hero sprint roms overclock?

I have the HTC Sprint Hero i am currently running 2.40 Fresh Rom and I'm curious about which roms i can overclock my Hero with. Please state the MHz and the Rom name thanks

Since you are rooted, you can overclock any ROM. You just need to download a kernel and flash it. Then depending on the kernel, you can either let it run itself or you will need something like setcpu to control your cpu speed.

Don't even need an app.
