I feel that when I have 3g on and use or don't use the phone battery completely melts down. When I'm on wifi battery drains slowly by comparison when in use and is pretty stable when not in use.

I have the 3g toggle in my power bar and use as needed

Same here. My battery life usually exceeds 24 hours since I got into the habit of toggling it. Its kinda second nature now

Would be even better if I could remember to toggle airplane mode lol

I finally caved in and tried battery calibration. IMHO that made a huge huge difference in my battery life. Here's an app to help that I found linked from the XDA forums.

Yea wow 72% after 20 hrs?? Even if I don't use the phone I'm pretty sure I can't touch that. I will look into this haha.

quick bumb still very relavent info here. after my replacement my battery has plummetd is it the new phone or the update?

You have really let me down cammy.
This phone is to tough for you to have gotten 5 bad ones in a row. When will you admit the truth. Step up to the plate and act like a responsible adult.
I bricked my first V and still have it. I did not try to hide the truth to get a new one, but instead, admitted my mistake and purchased a new one. I learned from my mistake, and strived to never brick my phone again.
This is a lesson you can't seem to learn. This lesson is very important, even in our day to day lives. Responsibility, Honesty, Integrity, and Loyalty are what makes a man a real man; a friend a real friend; and a husband a real husband
I really hope you figure this out some day.

Cammy may disappoint us, but he needs to make his own decisions. I certainly didn't make good decisions when I was his age. He'll learn, in his own time. I agree with you, Andy, but he's a teenager. Like my nephew, he's a good kid that you can't tell anything.

Cammy is a teenager, not an adult. ;) This is his time to make his own decisions, and he will figure things out for himself. It's a never ending learning process, and I have to admit that while he is a teenager, he acts more mature than some of the adults I've seen around here. To be honest, I don't think we give him enough credit. :)
