Help what is demigod crash handler and how do i get rid of it?

I rooted my phone to cm9 and now this black screen with white letters will not go away. It says demigod crash handler " modem crash has occurred" with a bunch of command lines written white underneath it. I cannot do anything with the phone. Period!!! I can't even connect to a comp. The phone will not operate for anything. No boot screen, no recovery screen, nothing just this black screen with white letters. Can someone please help me. I cannot afford another phone right now. Is this salvageable? Pleeeease help

have you tried the unbricking processes cause that usually re installs Stock everything
