what is my kernel speed?

ok the what are the comments about 610mhz and 700+mhz cpu speeds? Are these the advantages with the CM6,7 upgrades? As well as extended battery life?

PS How about clearing the download history, i understand it was a choice is 2.1 but dissappeared in 2.2!
