Help What is network system provider

I have a Galaxy s5 and network system provider keeps trying to restart my phone. Does anyone know what this is? It has scary permissions and you can remove it or turn it off.

I don't know about that app but network service provider is another name for carrier.

Im having the exact same problem now. I cant go 5 minutes without this thing trtryitrying to restart my phone. Do you remember what you did to fix it?

Have you tried clearing cache (just for that app or for the whole system in recovery mode)?
