What is the best ICS rom

I need to know what's better an ICS stock ROM or a custom one ? and what is the best ICS custom ROM ?
 
for you to know the best ROM available, you have to try everything out. but for me the best ICS ROM available is the Checkrom Revo HD v6.. it's a pretty stable rom for gb users. they say it also optimizes the batt
 
Checkrom V6 is actually a Gingerbread based rom so no ICS except themes and Dark Knight kernel. Checkrom V7 will be ICS based but they've missed the boat really.
As for roms, stock for that bit more stability, custom for more options, tweaks and and so on. Depends on the dev as to what those elements offer.

but I want to know what is the most stable custom rom and in the same time which have alot of customization
 
Sorry, havent tried CM9.

The best thing would be to try them yourself, as whats good for me might not be good for you
