What is this icon like a heart?

yeah no clue here either. trying to identify an icon is like finding a needle in the hay stack. there million of apps that have notification icons.....so we can only guess here. we get these questions here all the time and most go unanswered with only guesses. the the only true way of knowing is looking thru the notifications on the phone, but in most cases the phone is not an option.

The one sure way to identify an icon is to press on its alert and see what it's for. Is there a reason you can't do that?
If you're unable to do that...the next best way is to ask the device's owner.
When you consider that there are millions and millions of Android apps, each with at least one notification icon--some apps have many--you'll see that there are hundreds of millions icons out there. So, yeah, it's like @ocnbrze said: looking for a needle in a haystack!
