Help What is this icon on my notification bar?

Can anyone tell me what the icon is with the red! Mark means? It dosent show anything when I drop the bar down. Thanks.

It's a SIM card error. Reboot and/or reseat your card.

My phone did this all the time when i first got it. Support didn't know why, reseating/cleaning it didnt help, but there didnt seem to be any problem. When i installed the ota update it went away, and hasn't come back with any other roms/installs. Support told me since they couldnt find a problem i could trade in my phone or just live with the icon.

Wasn't being crappy... I meant the figurative 'we'. Someone else posted the exact same question a few days ago. Was trying to be funny. My humor doesn't always translate well online.
