Help What is this icon?

And a very generic head and shoulders, of the sort commonly used for a contacts app's icon (i.e. phonebook). But you can imagine other things that might use it (I'm not sure my contacts app has ever given me a notification, but I might use it differently). I'm afraid it's far too generic to do an image search on.

No ideally not, she's at that age where I'm constantly anxious but she needs her freedom without knowing I'm keeping an eye out haha!
But you think its just a contacts icon, no new app or anything to be concerned with?
Maybe the icon is for a app and that's for signing in ?

I couldn't find that one either, but @Bearsyzf could be on to it in that they look connected with that background.

The icon looks like a common contacts icon, but as I noted I've never myself received a notification from a contacts app. So I cannot be certain. But it is an extremely generic icon.
There's nothing in it that suggests an app I'd be concerned about, but I'm not sure what your concerns are since you include "no new app" amongst the bad things, which is, let's face it, extremely broad.
It looks like a contacts app icon to me as well. That was my first thought when I saw it. And though I've never gotten a notification from my contacts app, it does appear that it can send notifications when I look in the settings.

I had that same icon at the top of my phone last week. It represented an alert from Samsung regarding an update to their privacy settings. I've also seen that icon in the past as an alert from Samsung that my phone is not being backed up, since I have used all my allotted space in the Samsung cloud. So basically (in my case) it represents alerts about my Samsung account.
