Help "What is this icon..."

Hi folks, here's a screenshot and I'd like to know what that sideways Z icon is to the left of the WIFI icon.

It shows you that NFC is on

I always refer to the User's Manual that came with the device, as it has the Key or Legend for almost all the symbols that are displayed (obviously won't show 3rd party applications symbols)

Its good for me to note what the new Sprint Spark icon looks like, as I have not experienced it yet. Along with the new 3G icons.

I did check the user manual, the paper one that came with the box, and I just checked it again, no legend in there, I assume you are posting a pic from the PDF one? I can only assume they are different?

That little sprint spark icon is the cutest thing. That sucker will spin super fast when you're transmitting data over lte and it slows a bit when you are sending / receiving smaller chunks of data. I'll sit and watch the thing spin...

Clearly I'm easily amused.. . :o

Its funny how so many people are complaining about that being annoying...I think is a nice change of pace, but, there are so many angry people out there on the internet...
