Not sure if this menu is a LG app or Kitkat app, would love to delete or disable it

When I bring it up and press it, it brings up Google Now (and says there's a new version to download.) I haven't downloaded it, or used it yet.

Just the navigation ring, makes getting to Google and quick note easier to get to, disabled my to use pie controls

google now is part of android . aka google search. The ring is a lg thing. there is a xposed mod that allows you to remove it or add different apps to the ring

As stated, there are Xposed modules that can disable it. You can also uninstall the apps that it is providing shortcuts to (VoiceMate, Google Search, and QuickMemo). If you have Greenify installed and uninstall Google Search, the search icon on the ring will stay active, but runs the Greenify Automation function.

Pie controls are similar to the ring.

oh ok Yeah I have just changed my apps on the ring to ones that i will use. No need to have google search anywhere because i have the hotword detection on .
