What is this WIDGET???

Can anyone help me find this Widget at the bottom of my home screen? I downloaded it from www.android-apps.com and for some reason uninstalled it from my phone and now I cannot find it again. It's a widget that stores the 5 most recent apps on a "dock" that takes up 4 spaces on any screen. HELP ME!!!

I just long press the home screen on my droid to do that.

But thats on all Android phones and not a working Widget like Switcher Widget! And THANK YOU for finding out what it was! ILOVEANDROID!
