what is UID 10070?

On spare parts when i check to see the partial wake usage, one of them is uid 10070. Anyone now what it is and if i can get rid of it?

Desire user so may not be same thing, but I get uid 10070 under partial usage & it's minuscule & not identified with an app...but the same comes up under network usage as related to Dolphin hd browser + add-ons.

Same thing maybe? Was wondering myself :S
