What is your battery usage percentage? Display is the one that is using the most battery. I left home around 520 this morning, did some surfing on the bus for about 30 minutes or so and had the Iheartradio on for about 1 hour. Right now my battery is at 79% where 70% of those are used by display, Cell standby, phone idle, android system and other are only around 6-8% at most.

It seems the battery drain pretty fast, I had the same problem with my IPHONE3GS when i first got it, I would be dead in the water after 5-6 hour usage, however after 2-3 month of use, the battery on IPHONE seems improved and it usually lasted about 10-12 hour of normal usage, including web surfing, texting, and keep all the smart function on.

What is your screen brightness set to? Is it set to "Auto"? You should disable that and then lower the brightness. That should help a ton.

Already did that, Right now the screen brightness is set to 30-40%

That's pretty high in terms of brightness. Usually 10-15% is sufficient unless you are in extreme lighting conditions. Drop it down and itll definitely help.

Browsing phandroid kills my battery and I can't fix it....help!!! But I agree with the display brightness it helps a lot.

I just got my phone today brand new..charged it up when i got home..took it off charger at 4pm..screen brightness at 35...its now midnight and i still have 50% left...and this is playing with the phone..setting everhything up..downloading apps, playing with camera..pretty mucheverything...so far i like the battery life. seems better than the atrix which i returned.
