Yes I was asking what the stock kernel was.
With Imo's you can open terminal type "su" to grand superuser access, then you type "speedtweak.sh" it will allow you to overclock, I suggest choosing either 1 or 2 (select 1 if you get wake lag), then you can set the governer with 8 I think (I personally like interactivex)
we posted at the same timeBecause the kernel has it I would suggest using the speedtweak.sh script it will undervolt for you as well as overclock and it works well again I would just use #1 or 2 I've had issues going above 1.8
I set it for 2 and will see how it goes
Try out the 704 radio or the newest leaked radio
Newest leaked radio here http://rootzwiki.com/showthread.php?t=3587
Hi,
This helped alot I was using the kernel as stock and figured I would gain battery life but with your great suggestion I hoped to see a nice increaseI set it for 2 and will see how it goes

Can I assume that after setting this up that it will stick after a reboot?
Thanks,
Bryan
Hi,
I just curious flashing this radio will it wipe my data?
Thanks,
Bryan
I think so but can't say for sure.
No radio flash in hboot does not affect your data

Thanks for both answers
I will check and see if it keeps![]()
I will also clean both caches since you do reccomend that if I am correct![]()
Getting an answer in 3 minutes is really amazing!!
Much appreciated!
Bryan

If you could report back if it sticks, I think it does but I never actually check, and usually when I reboot it is to flash something![]()
Hi,
I tried on a reboot and on a power down and both ways it stuck![]()
I confirmed through terminal and option 11 current status.
An important note that you should choose option 14 to exit script for it to get written. I made changes and after a reboot it didn't stick since I didn't use option 14 :-(
I am using option 2 extreme and interactiveX. So far working smoothly and noticed a quickness in using phone.
Rooting just keeps getting better and better!!
Thanks,
Bryan
