Root What radio are you using with CM7?

Hey guys, I flashed CM7 a few days ago and I have a couple of questions about its use:

1. What radio are most people running with it? I'm running stock and it has seemed to work well enough, but I'm curious to see how much better it could be!

2. When I download widgets it seems like I have a low and random success rate at getting those widgets to appear in the list to add to home screen. Is there a specific location I have to download widgets to, or does CM7 just not recognize most widgets?

3. Is there a way to set it so that the phone will user the ringer volume for text message alerts when the ringer is on, and vibrate for texts when the phone is set to silent? I missed a couple of important texts yesterday because I thought it would vibrate when I got a text but it didn't... ???

I am having an issue with CM7.1 on my Incredible: After using my bluetooth hands free and disconnecting, the speak on my phone will not turn on. There is a discussion currently going on related to this problem on the Samsung Galaxy (http://androidforums.com/captivate-...p-workings-after-using-bluetooth-headset.html), but I figured I'd ask about it here as well since I'm experiencing the problem on my Incredible. Does anyone know of any alternate kernels that have solved this problem on the Incredible?
