What resolution for HDMI output?

What resolution will the EVO output? I can't imagine it being anything higher than what it shows on the screen. I mean if I hook it up to my 24" monitor, is it going to output at 1920x1200 or whatever?

I could also see it upscaling to that res, but not giving me effectively 1920x1200. or even 720p...

720p. Not sure why you can't imagine it being higher than what shows on the screen though. Apple MacBooks have been doing this for a long time.
