What should next tablet be?

I am a user of the Nexus 7 2012. It is one of the best electronics I have ever owned. I got it in January of last year so I only had this beast for a few months before the next one came out. I could not justify getting the Nexus 7 2013. Now, I am kinda in need of an upgrade from this old tablet. The only problem is that it doesn't seem they are making a nexus 7 of this year. For that reason, it seems I am going to have to move on. What should I move on to? This is the main purpose of this thread. The ASUS tablet looks good but the 1GB ram is not good. So does the Samsung Galaxy tab 7. I need help on what to move on to.

Try the Samsung! They make good products. I have a Samsung Galaxy tab 4 and I'm loving it so far.
I also have a Samsung Galaxy Y phone and a Samsung switch grip camcorder both of them are about 2 years old and still run good. From I've been hearing a lot of folks seem to be having software and hardware issues with the Asus tabs. Not bad mouthing them, just read the reviews before you buy.
