Help What size icons can we put on the Evo?

Was just wondering what size icons can we use to customize our evos. I've been using 256 png's. Can we use bigger icons? Also, can we use .ico for icons too?

No i was speaking about adding an icon to your home screen. Like when i want to use custom icons with launcher pro or with better cut. Like how people do in the post your screens thread.
