What smartphone feature do you never use?

The camera. Once in a blue moon I might take a picture of something.
Almost seems like a waste having such a nice camera and never using it.
I also don't use the fingerprint scanner.

the camera is one of the best addition to the phone. it has changed our lives (most people's lives). social media, record import info / places / things / people.

you must be in a very small group of individuals that don't use the camera...
that is NOT a tech-no-phobe

I'm guessing the very small group of people you're referring to is greater in numbers than you might believe.
Not everyone lives on facebook/instagram/whatev........
While we appreciate having a nice camera, not everyone feels the need to share
/photograph every body function/meal/thought/etc.......

I'm inclined to agree with dan

The accessibility features, like talkback, are required by law in some countries. And that's why every smartphone has it, every elevator has braille on the buttons and voiced floor announcements, etc, etc.

BTW it was Apple iOS that was visually impaired accessible, with talkback, before Android.

Actually I mainly use the camera as a photocopier or scanner. Great for getting a copy of a receipt, recording a meter reading or similar, but so limited compared to a real camera (fixed focal length, fixed aperture, and all the limitations of small pixels) that I find that in practice I tend not to think of the phone as a camera at all.

But to keep it more on topic: the front-facing camera is something I literally never use.

Now the front-facing camera I'm often using, because I love taking selfies and putting them on my Wechat micro-blog... :D

Hong Kong...June 2014, about three months before most of the western world had ever heard of the selfie stick.

....and use the front-facing camera for Skype, QQ or Wechat sometimes.
