Looking at tablets for under $300

These are the main two I am thinking about buying I really can't tell what ones is better.

The specs seem almost identical except for alternate processor brands.

Both $229

Are they both the same?
I'm happy to buy one of these if they will run all games smoothly and have decent performance.

I tried a pendo pad 1ghz tablet (1ghz my ass) and it was awful performance way worse than even my 800mhz htc desire phone.

Anyone know any other good ones for under $300?

I know the HP touch is $299 with no keyboard (keyboard would be nice for studying and web development)
But I'm not sure about this CM if it will run all apps and what not.
