What the....

No big deal, we still have no word from Verizon. It's weird that they took down the commercials, but I wouldn't read too much into it. The could be editing them to say "now available" or they might not want to give the impression tht it is OK to play with high powered electrical lines, LOL.

The rumor going around now is that the Bolts are shipping to Verizon stores as we type today. Thursday release is what I am expecting. The 10th at the latest.
 
LOL...this thing can stay where it is! If its having serious issues its better off its not released right now! However shame on vzw for not picking up these issues in very early testing.
 
You do NOT pull ads for a device about to launch, unless you want to be fired, or busted down to intern ;)

Something is going on impacting plans of when to launch the device. Every week from this point on will cost HTC and in some part, VZW. If VZW thought the device had a shot of releasing in the next few weeks, they would NOT pull ads.

Kind of adds to the mystery... Does VZW have a clue what they are doing, or are there real issues with the device? Combo of both?
 
IMO, vzw has built the rep of best network. The last thing they are going to do is put a device on it that is going to have reception issues. (AT&T fruit anyone?) I think they would much rather have us complain than letting the general public and media have a field day slamming the network. Just a thought.
 
I wish they would've fixed this mess before they even let us know there WAS a Thunderbolt! Then we wouldn't have to be worried about this!
 
Geeze...first they delay the phone then they recall the ads. Next they're going to invent a gun to suck the memories of the phone right out of our heads! TINFOIL HATS GUYS!
