i am watching a video clip and it says this video is not optimise for mobile? wtf what does that mean. am i going to pay extra fees?

So were u in the middle of watching a video then that message poped up, or before u watched it. Anyway i know that if you go to the browser and try to play a video via video player it doesn't work. I think videos on the internet use different files than the phones. But when u have a specific app like youtube it works fine.
