I'd stay away from buying any devices that are getting shipped from china. Chances are you'd get a knock off instead of the real thing.

As a general rule, I try to avoid Chinese electronics. They may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. Samsung is a South Korean company: any Samsung product coming from China is a 99.999% probability of a knock-off. And that's trouble and a half IMO. If something goes wrong, you have no warranty and manufacturer support is non-existent.
The Galaxy S3 is a very capable device, as is the Note 2. You might try Swappa, where you can buy gently used Android devices. Hope this helps.
