Ok so I just got back..
Several hoops I gotta jump through. Have to call their insurance company, tell them my problem and they give me a claims number, I THEN go to a corporate store where they look at it and decide if its a warranty covered problem, if it is then I pay 20 bucks and they either fix it or replace it.. If its NOT I pay 85 bucks for them to fix it or replace it..after I was told all this I was then told "I was lucky I bought insurance" lol.../sigh
