so i seen on videos and on photos that there could be paid apps and free apps.But i dont have this option

Yes, there are some apps that are free in the market and some you have to pay for. What exactly is your question? lol...

Some country can't get paid apps.

You don't have access to paid apps it seems. Google has limited which countrys can see them. You can try a different market app, such as slideme. There is also a market enabler for rooted phones.
