Ok so i rooted my again!!! Thanks to El Presidente !!! Now what do i do now? How do I backup everything with one touch is there a certain app for this? What else is there also what is the coolest rom that has google app packages?

Hi. I backed up using Titanium (free). It works pretty well, but from what I've been told, it shouldn't be used to completely restore from one ROM to another. After switching ROMs, I've used it for two apps with success.
You can also use the ClockWorkMod to backup, I haven't tried it yet.
As far as ROMs, I choose Android Revolution as my first ROM. It runs Sense 3.0. Everything works very well.

Coolest rom varies by opinion and will be totally up to you. I personally think the ICS rom is the best but its not complete yet. Stable wise i would say Cyanogenmod7
Nandroid backup would be a complete backup of your phone in the current state its in right before the backup is made. You can also restore apps from CWM5 backups with Titanium Backup pro. Or just use Titanium to backup whatever apps before flashing a rom.
