Help What to do with two?

Markg

Android Enthusiast
With apologies to those still waiting for one, the shipping debacle meant that I ended up with two Nexuses.

We've done the Beam thing and it's very cool but is there anything else fun that we could be doing? Either with NFC, WiFi Direct, or just because we've got two devices with the same form? Are there any cool two player games?

Sit across the room from each other and video chat, will beat sitting across the room and texting each other.:vroam:

Very helpful pup, thanks..

Sorry, couldn't resist.

I'm sure your familiar with words with friends, and draw with friends and those types of apps. I'm not sure about games for devices in close proximity.

That's close but not quite what I'm after, but thanks. I'm thinking more battleships, scrabble, even ,Mario Party?

And if I thought it would get there quicker than his order, then I would!

Thanks for the thought Mark :)

Words with friends essentially is scrabble

I'll keep an eye on this thread and will feed back if I find any other games that make for good multiplayer gameplay. It'll be especially useful after the missus collects her N7 from Tesco this evening.

Ah yes, of course it is. There's the iPad/iPhone scrabble though where the iPad is the board and the phones serve as the tiles racks ( I know, I know, just play scrabble).

Thanks Staggers, I'm really wanting something for a family fun night, rather than FPS action.
