Help what to expect replaceing rooted s4

i have a rooted s4 that the screen is coming apart,still under warranty it still has 4.3,now it's being replace with a new s4 with the the newest update. i have heard the menu is different and i know about the sd card problem. what else should i expect with the update.and my old phone is now unrooted but i will root the new one.

From experience, two issues if you get 4.4.2 on the replacement is. .....
Random calls where no one can hear you and you can't hear them.
Also random dropped services and only way to get them back is to do a power down and restart.

If you get 4.3 on it, then possible wifi issues where is unstable.

Those are my experiences.
 
i have 4.3 now and have had next to know probems.iam sure
the replacement will come with 4.4.2 and all i have heard is
problems from shorten battery life to sd card problems.
i'll get it early next week and we will see.thanks
 
Personally haven't had any major issues with KitKat so far, just had the Android System bug and thats it, my S4 has been rock solid, but I am on a I9500 Exynos.

What I did was find Samsung ROMs that are updated most frequently, in the case of the I9500 thats the India (INU), Bangladesh, Nepal and Russia ROMs, I chose India as it has the least bloat, and have been happy.
