This has been talked about on other forums so I thought that I would share my experience with filing insurance claims over the years.
This what you should expect to receive when you have filed an insurance claim.
If you drop the phone and break some physical part of the phone (screen, glass, case....) you will receive just the phone (no battery, battery cover, sd-card or sim).
If you drop the phone in a puddle and it gets wet your replacement phone will come with battery, battery cover, sd-card and a new sim.
In both cases the deductible is the same and in both cases they only want the phone back (no battery, battery cover, sd-card or sim).
