What to replace my Eris with?

So, I think it's time to finally replace my Eris. Just getting tired of it being so slow. My daughter has an iPhone and it's WAY faster than my Eris. I still like the Android OS better than Apple so, what's the logical replacement phone?
I like the Eris a lot, just want something faster.
Thanks for the input in advance.

Have you considered rooting your phone with a ROM that will improve performance? xtrSense 5.0.1 will leave your phone looking and working like stock but provide a significant boost in performance...

Great ideas but, I ended up getting an Incredible.
I'm now selling my Eris (perfect shape). It comes with the original box, documentation, wall charger, and two car chargers. I'm asking $100.
The more I read about new phones out, and coming out, the more I became convinced that the Dinc was what I wanted. I really loved my Eris but, hated how slow it was. The Dinc is everything I liked about the Eris and more than addresses my issues about it being slow.
The Dinc is fast as hell, and even improves on everything I liked about the Eris. All that and it's got all the latest upgrades, has all the original bugs fixed, and was dirt cheap!
Did I mention I LOVE this phone?

+1 I was seriously thinking of paying full price for the Incredible 2 when it comes out, but now that I've flashed xtrSense on my Eris, I may stay put until December...
