What video formats can the vibrant play

Hey can the vibrant play avi, dvix, mpg, mkv, etc.

Plays divx just fine.

Aswell as AVI and Xvid.

Default player plays all them just fine.

I got 10 divx, xvid, avi etc movies on my phone currently.

Play it though the tv out at friends house etc.

As a matter of fact the Samsung Galaxy X, including all variants) have been DIVX HD Certified.

BTW the SGH-T959(D) is the Vibrant, though I'm not sure why the D is on there.

Has played everything and anything I've tried

I thought it did, but my default video player wouldn't play every format so I had to download VPlayer.

Two things top of my head that default can't play: rmvb and vob.

I can't hear any sound from iphone videos that other send to me. I can see the videos. But no sound comes out. I assume iphone is H.264 format since it's 720p.

So are you sure the Vibrant supports iphone/quicktime video formats?
