Samsung will no doubt add their own features which they do not usually disclose in advance.

It's seemingly rather minor stuff, or under the hood stuff. Not changes that I even notice on my Nexus 7.

Yeah, don't get too excited about KitKat. No noticeable change to my Nexus7.
