What will make you upgrade?

The only way I plan to upgrade from the Galaxy Nexus is if there is if we can get a 1080p screen or higher with better battery life.

What about you?

Depends on whether or not VZW gets the S3 and if it is truly revolutionary enough to make me buy it. I've got a free upgrade laying there so if something really catches my eye, I'll do it.

A 1080 screen on screens this small would pointless. All it would be is a gimmick to get people to spend more money... You don't even see most tv's at 1080 until closer to 40", yes they make 1080 smaller, but again, to get you to spend your money on something you think is the better way to go because they say it is. Yes you are closer to your phone, but the screen size is dramatically smaller.

Right now, no plans to upgrade until my contract is up. I'll see what the future holds, but for the time being, I'd only see myself on another nexus device (which I hope isn't built by moto). My gn is functioning nicely and I've gotten fond of it.

Eh, I'm more than happy to wait until my upgrade (ahem, my wife's upgrade) comes up.
Regardless of the phone, it'll be a Nexus. If they could get the screen to the size of the Note and make it 1080p (720p is fine), I'll be all over it. Goog may drop support after JB like they've done with the N1, but I know developers will still be helping it out well beyond.

I think I'm going to stick with the "Nexus" line from here on out. I have an unexpected and indescribable peace knowing that I have the most recent version of Android.

That drove me crazy before, probably more than it should have.
