Gingerbread? Wasn't the new version of Android OS supposed to be released by now? Last I saw the folks at Google had placed a Gingerbread on their front lawn, then nothing. Come on...I'm jonesing for some new ROMs... :)

Gingerbread itself was supposed to be released today according to androids wiki site. It'll take awhile before people can make some ROMs to include it and even longer before HTC will package it with sense and give it to sprint for them to package all their b/s with it and finally release an upgrade.
