Root whats a good zvd kernel

I have plague kernel already however it takes a toll on my device with battery drainage. i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a good kernal that works well with ROM #2 or have a favorite ROM/KERNEL combo.

i use the one that's preloaded with number 2, and all is well battery and all
 
Even though this will sound like Im being a smart ass, Im not but the answer to your question is which ever one works best on your phone. Kernels play differently with different setups and what not. So being that it only takes a minute or two to flash it, I would suggest trying them for yourself and picking one from that. When it comes to phones, opinions dont count cause 1 app can screw everything up and 1 person could use that app and one person could not. make sense? lol.
