What's comming to metropcs

Question: I've had the Optimus M for 15 months. At this point, ANY 4g phone is going to be light years better by comparison to this venerable dinosaur. But seeing as how my budget is about 300 bucks tops, what would you guys recommend?

I'm no fan of Huawei, FYI

LG Motion definitely. It's worth the wait because it's coming soon.

cool pad and the lg motion already on their way to metro credits to Pletua sorry for the small size pic.

and for all those of ya doubting what me and mikey are saying lol ya slacking hard lol!

Getting a shipment of lg motion 4g's this week. Coolpad Quattro is soon to follow after. I might just sell my connect and get a motion 4g. ICS and S4 SoC is quite the killer for 149. Btw, if a person buys two motion 4g's, the second one is eligible for a $50 MIR. Both must be activated on the same account. Metro also has a promotion staring the 23rd. $55 unlimted 4g. Not to entirely sure about the details though.

yea i was being told by the person who provided that pic that theres a new plan coming hmm im curious to know if its just more data allowance monthly.

cant believe im actually getting excited for a budget phone.im not even going to wait and order it the first day now.my guess would be that plan will only have between 600-1200 minutes.

They still doubt us on the s3 though

i zoomed in the pic on my pc looks like the deal has gotten better i believe it says $150 without rebate and then $99 with rebate but dont quote me but usually it says normal prices without rebate next to price after rebate and i dont see any number on there higher than $150 and the $99 price tag is seen largely next to the Lg motion so gotta be $150 with a $50 rebate ;)

Edit: i read again what jrdroid said and according to him its $150 and if u buy a 2nd one then the 2nd one gets a rebate which is cool cuz for $150 what more can we ask for its a dual core phone with ics lol thats pretty good deal on its own.

$150 is a good price regardless

That's exactly right 149 out full retail add a second line for 100 super deal btw the coolpad will also be 150

thats lame the coolpad wont sell especially if theres a better brand phone with better specs for the same price.... metro did a mistake there lol

Not really they are making it fair think about it people will most likely get a bigger screen those that don't care about specs heck they might even think the cool pad is better than the Motion just because it's bigger lol plus the new plan will sell too

Trust me wont sell they would have to see a disadvantage that the Lg motion has over the cool pad and if u look at that pic the screen isnt that much a difference

I like big phones, but I like the motions specs more lol

But the coolpad looks more well built. As opposed to the motion, which looks kinda older. (BUT ISNT)

the coolpad brand isnt even known thats gonna hurt it big time since people are skeptic of buying unknown brands especially from china.

The Coolpad is not known here, it will take some time before people care about it. They are supposed to do a 5" screen next year for Metro, so Ive heard

All day with this quote. Everyone that comes in doesn't even look at the smaller android phones. Everyone thinks the lightray and esteem are the best because of how big it is.

Perfect example my wife needs a phone I'm grabbing the Motion just because I know it's a little powerful phone the coolpad even at 4 inch screen no thanks

I still disagree about the coolpad being for the less tech savvy consumer. Short of playing high end games couldn't it be argued both phones will run about the same? Looking at what the average consumer will do with the phone.

Given most you guys and gals are power users and do way more then the average consumers does.

I think those that know phones wont care yet. Its the ones who have no clue that will say oh give me that. I try to talk people into a Connect for 100$ more all day long. They still go with a Activa
