Probably nothing tonight. The boss lady and I went out to breakfast while her car was being serviced.

I'm having leftover meatloaf. I like to slice the cold meatloaf and make a sandwich out of it. It has been my second night go to for fifty plus years.

I ordered a pizza tonight. Not a healthy dinner so I ate a bunch. It was pretty good for something different. It once was a frequent dinner option and now it isn't. I still like it though.

Crunchy munchy chili. Chili with ground beef, pinto beans, hot Ro-Tel, tomato sauce, Frito chili cheese chips, and shredded cheddar.

Last night I was tired, but the Darling Bride has been fighting a cold for two weeks and needs her strength... so I air-fried some breaded chicken tenders and served them with mac & cheese and brussels sprouts. I've been working on overhauling my office (I actually discovered an entire desk!) before guests arrive next week, so I'll probably order a pizza this evening.

I had planned on having left over chili tonight. On another forum, it was voted the best second night meal and the very reason it was on my menu. Lasagna came in second btw. Chili still sounds wonderful but I'm not certain I'll be allowed to revisit the dish so soon.

Last night we had all beef corndogs. Tonight we had home made beef burritos. We are taking meals easy in preparation of cooking way too much and sitting down and eating way more than we should. And then we will eat some pie.

So I started planning Thanksgiving dinner last month . Originally I was planning to be home, but then the wife called and started to tell me about stuff we needed to pay for . Since I had absolutely no idea where I would be on Thanksgiving day I decided to start gathering stuff for Thanksgiving dinner.
