Turkey Cheddar Brats
Ham and potato salad.
I'm baking some fresh caught Atlantic Cod for dinner. I think I'm going to fix some fresh cut french fries. I haven't done that in quite some time and sounds good.
I'm going to be making a big batch today, I'll full the freezer back up because chili!
Tonight I'm frying some chicken strips. I'll make some mashed potatoes and gravy and some green beans.
I have some leftover chicken strips that will be dinner. I will either dice them up and make a chef salad out of them or simply make chicken sandwiches.
Sausage gravy, biscuits, and scrambled eggs. Breakfast for dinner... yumm
Home made tacos tonight. They were super good and I ate too much.

Left over Keibasa and potatos,grilled this time around.
I had enough taco stuff to have a few more tonight. The wife opted for a frozen dinner.

Made a turkey burger with two slices of cheese ontop of it, on a pretzel bun with carrot sticks.
I had intended to grill out some brats but the North wind was ripping through my outdoor kitchen making the wind chill fall into the low single digits. I ended up boiling then frying the brats on the stove. They were still good.

One egg with taco seasoning on it, with two slices of cinnamon bread..
I'm dicing up some of my pork tenderloin I smoked yesterday and having pork soft tacos tonight for dinner. I'll season the meat with chili seasoning and a can of drained hot ro-tel diced tomatoes and a bit of refired beans. I'll roll or fold that up in a small flour tortilla with shredded iceberg and mild cheddar cheese.
The wife is going to be making a big pot of her vegetable - beef soup today so I hope that it'll be simmered off by suppertime.
I have the makings for a vegetable soup that I plan to make tomorrow. Perfect weather for home made soup. Enjoy.....
