What's for dinner ?

A few nights ago , mom made sweet potatoes, chicken and cranberry sauce,
last night was left over pizza, the night before was pizza,
tonight up in the air.

Chicken, sweet potato, cranberry sauce and a small baggette roll with my meal.
My mother had soup.

I had some fairly miserable frozen breaded chicken breast pieces and a rice and broccoli medley.

Oh too bad about the breaded chicken..

The chicken was chewy and the the breading had a nasty flavor. Kroger sold a decent frozen breaded chicken pieces but they either quit making it or my Kroger store quit selling it. I love good ol fried chicken. With the kids all grown and gone, I'm the only fried chicken eater left. It's easy enough to fry chicken but it's a hassle for just one eater and the odor of hot oil lingers in the house. We try not to fry anything in the house nowadays. Besides stinking, it's mostly unhealthy.
