Tonight it's some home made Hot wings. I'll share pictures later when it's dinner time. Can't wain. I love making home made hot wings.

Re Stilton - it works on so many things: melted on steak or a burger, with pasta, stuffed into chicken breast. Awesome.
There's a really nice Jamie recipe I used to do where you put a combination of grated parmigiano / parmesan, lemon zest and thyme between the serrano ham and chicken breast. I also stuffed the chicken breast with the mix, too.
Then just wrap each breast in cling film / seran wrap and give it a good batter with a rolling pin until it's a nice even 1cm / 0.5 inches thick and pan fry (after removing the cling film, of course
)

Not sure if you've ever tried tartar sauce on your fries instead of catsup, but it's quite yummy. I thought my friends were crazy when they suggested it but I'm now hooked

Never tried. Not even sure what tsrtar sauce is. Love it with fresh garlic sauce

Tartar sauce (Wikipedia) is a creamy white mayonnaise-based sauce, typically of a rough consistency. It may go by another name in your area.

Resize 'em. Lots of freeware available, you can probably even do it in paint...
