What's for dinner ?

Chicken breast wrapped in Serrano ham, Mushroom rice, leeks, carrots & baby corn. Home made Banana & Chocolate Ice cream to follow.
 
Tonight it's some home made Hot wings. I'll share pictures later when it's dinner time. Can't wain. I love making home made hot wings.
 
Re Stilton - it works on so many things: melted on steak or a burger, with pasta, stuffed into chicken breast. Awesome.

There's a really nice Jamie recipe I used to do where you put a combination of grated parmigiano / parmesan, lemon zest and thyme between the serrano ham and chicken breast. I also stuffed the chicken breast with the mix, too.

Then just wrap each breast in cling film / seran wrap and give it a good batter with a rolling pin until it's a nice even 1cm / 0.5 inches thick and pan fry (after removing the cling film, of course :D)

Really good.
 
Hey TS, I'm almost feeling sorry we'll be eating out. Ribs in an Argentinian restaurant :)

Never tried. Not even sure what tsrtar sauce is. Love it with fresh garlic sauce :D
 
tartar sauce is typically just mayo and pickle relish...easy breezy to make!

oh yeah...I'm having home made mac n cheese for dinner
 
Chicken Kiev - Plain butter. I also had a TV dinner earlier, made it in the easy bake oven. Picture size too large to share pictures. :(
