Doesn't need to be spicy to be good. My favorite dish at my local mexican place here is anything but spicy. It's all about the seasoning/flavor.

Spicy is overrated

Totally agree. I love spicy stuff as well, but needs to have flavor most importantly.

People sometimes focus too much on how spicy stuff is, who cares if it doesn't have flavor.

I had battered fish, steamed veg, peppers & onions fried in a lil oil, with a touch of garlic and a sprinkling of piri piri, and an egg.

The pepper and chilli plants are still babies atm, only a few inches tall at best, I'll post pics either here or the hole when they start doing something, or when I'm convinced there's no chance of frost so they can be potted on and put outside
