Grilled ribeye steaks, twice-baked potatoes, and roasted garlic Parmesan broccoli.
Ribeye marinaded all day in Low-sodium Dales and Dan-O's. Added to rice with a red bell pepper and a poblano pepper.

Smoked chuck roast and fresh green beans with bacon.
Leftover chicken and rice with prosciutto wrapped asparagus
Homemade mac and cheese with diced up ham. I followed that up with fresh homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream.

Large roast with baby carrots, bell pepper, yellow onion, and mushrooms, in the crock pot all day, the roast was melt in your mouth.
